Valuation
What it is worth
Copper is the floor under most of this equipment, and it is a floor that moves. Bus bar, windings and feeder cable set a minimum value we can always pay on a Mesa lot; resale demand for the specific make and model is what lifts the offer above it. Obsolete breakers and discontinued panelboard interiors are the clearest example — unglamorous parts that plants cannot buy new anywhere.
Arizona note
Arizona is the fastest-changing territory on this site and the change is what produces equipment. The semiconductor build-out across Chandler, Mesa and north Phoenix is retiring and replacing electrical infrastructure at a pace no other Western state matches, and fab and supplier gear tends to be current-production, well-documented and highly resaleable. Copper mining is the older industrial base — the Morenci, Safford, Miami and Ray operations and the smelter and concentrator infrastructure around them run medium-voltage switchgear, mill motor control centers and large transformers that come out on wear rather than age. Add data centers across the West Valley and Mesa, aerospace and defense at Tucson and Mesa, agricultural processing and irrigation pumping around Yuma and Casa Grande, and a hospital and university stock replacing essential-power systems on documented schedules. Salt River Project and Arizona Public Service both run large distribution replacement programs. Heat matters operationally: outdoor work is scheduled early and equipment that sat in Arizona sun needs its gaskets and enclosures assessed honestly, which we do on the survey rather than after the offer.

Are you insured to work inside our Mesa facility?
Yes. We carry general liability, auto, workers' compensation and umbrella coverage, and we issue a certificate naming your entity as additional insured before crews mobilize to Mesa. We also complete vendor onboarding, background checks and site-specific safety orientation on request.
Can you work nights, weekends or during a shutdown in Mesa?
