Arizona is the fastest-changing territory on this site and the change is what produces equipment. The semiconductor build-out across Chandler, Mesa and north Phoenix is retiring and replacing electrical infrastructure at a pace no other Western state matches, and fab and supplier gear tends to be current-production, well-documented and highly resaleable.
